FAQ?

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER? We accept payments via PayPal.

I HAVE JUST PAID FOR MY ORDER, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? You will receive an email confirming your order has been completed, and a second email once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed before 10am (Mon – Fri) will be dispatched the same day.

Orders  placed after 10am AEST (Monday-Friday) and on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? When you place an order for shipment within Australia with Stitch & Hide you will be sent an Order Confirmation Number along with an Aus Post tracking number for you to track once your order has been dispatched.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY? It is important for us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return of an unused item within 7 days of your date of purchase.

WILL I NEED TO BE HOME TO ACCEPT DELIVERY? Within Australia all orders are shipped with Australia Post so you won’t need to be home to accept delivery. If your order won’t fit within a secure letterbox then the delivery agent will leave a card for collection at your local Post Office.
