Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

 

AUSTRALIA: FREE domestic shipping for all orders over $100 (standard Australia Post). For any orders under $100 you have the option to choose Standard Post for $8 or Express Post for $12 (Australia Post). You will be provided with a tracking number so you can track your parcel.

NB: Before selecting Express Post, to make sure of next business day delivery, please visit the Express Post delivery network via the Australia Post website. NB: We are classed as rural NSW so postage may take 1-3 extra business days including Express Post.

 

INTERNATIONAL: We use Australia Post. Your shipping will be calculated at checkout or be a flat rate. You will be provided with a tracking number so you can track your parcel. In some instances, tracking may not be available once shipment has left Australia. Please contact us if you require more information. Please allow around 10-15 business days for delivery of goods.

Please note: Tracking is available Monday to Friday. However it may take 24 hours for tracking information to be available.

Please be aware that duties and taxes may be payable at your cost when your order arrives into your country. You are able to get more information on these additional charges via your local customs office.

 

DISPATCH OF ORDERS

It is very important for us at the Stitch & Hide team to provide you with the best service and get your order to you as quick as we can.

Orders placed before 10am AEST (Mon – Fri) will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 10am AEST (Monday-Friday) and on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.

 

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

The above time frames are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Stitch & Hide will do its utmost to meet the indicated delivery times but is not held responsible for any delay caused by the postal service or customs clearance. If delivery is attempted and nobody is available to accept the parcel, in most cases it should be held at your local postal facility for a period of time. If you are not contactable and your parcel is unable to be delivered, it will be returned to us and we’ll then contact you to arrange alternate delivery.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

When you place an order for shipment within Australia with Stitch & Hide you will be sent an Order Confirmation Number along with an Australia Post tracking number for you to track once your order has been dispatched.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

It is important for us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return of an unused item within 30 days of your date of purchase. Please return it in its original condition to:

Please note: All sale items purchased are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.

EXCHANGE

Upon receipt of your return we will replace it with the same style and colour that you originally ordered if it is available.

 

REFUNDS

Once a return for refund has been received the transaction will be processed and will be refunded to your Credit Card or PayPal account within 3-5 business days of the item being received by Stitch and Hide.

 

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are not refundable. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return shipping for refunds, and, in the case of an exchange, the cost of shipping the new item to you. The cost of shipping for exchanges (plus or minus and difference in the product prices) will be deducted or credited from your credit card or requested from your PayPal account.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

You the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the return item. If the item does not reach us safely we will be unable to complete the refund or exchange, so we suggest sending it registered post.

 

Please note: All sale items purchased are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items. Colour of product may differ slightly from photos due to different monitor settings. Please contact us if you have any questions before purchasing.  

 

DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS

We take great care to ensure that products are packed securely so they arrive at your door in perfect condition. As a result, any items damaged during delivery will be replaced upon receipt of the damaged goods to our postal address. Please note that if an item has been lost/stolen in transit, a replacement of the product will be organised at our discretion.
