Newtown Bag

Absolutely love the vibe of the Newtown sling! Not too big, not too small, all the compartments you need. The perfect match when you don't want to run around carrying everything and the kitchen sink. Comfy soft leather and a generous strap length to work with you. I chose the avant-garde colour Petrol. Has now become my go-to bag.

Let me start by saying that I hate handbags but I am in love with this one! Greta quality and so adaptable that it has become my everyday bag.
I have always struggled with the sensation of straps around the neck & have been wearing bumbags almost exclusively of late. However, the cheap single pocket bags just aren’t cutting it for me & I needed something that provided quicker access to my phone. This bag delivers on everything I need, with the main pocket having a divider and internal zip pocket makes it great for my slip wallet, a twist up fan (for the humidity in Brisbane), some medication and a pair of sunnies if needed. The smaller front pocket is great for lip balm, key and my loop/ear pods.
Then I use the back zip for my large iPhone which I rarely zip up so I can just reach for it whenever I need. I often wear it as a slip bag and find the fully extended strap works great and is soft enough that it doesn’t worry me but I can pretty easily (once I did it a few times) slip it over my head and shorten the strap to wear as a bumbag.
I’d love this in a funky bright colour or a metallic as well for going out but the soft black is a good all rounder. It looks cute with an added matching tassel too for some xtra funkiness!
