$8 standard shipping for orders under $100
$12 express shipping on all orders if preferred.*
All orders are traceable and you will receive a tracking number via email.
* Note: Before choosing express shipping, please use the delivery calculator provided by AusPost to ensure you're happy with the delivery times. Our postcode is 2481 and classed as rural NSW so postage can take 1-4 business days longer than usual.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. All orders are shipped via AusPost and you will receive a tracking number to track your parcel. In some instances, tracking details may not be made available until the shipment has left Australia. Please allow around 7-15 business days for delivery times.
Please be aware that duties and taxes may be payable at your own cost when your order arrives in your country. You are able to get more information on these additional charges via your local customs office. Customs charges and duties are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by Stitch & Hide.
DISPATCH OF ORDERS
It's very important for us at the Stitch & Hide HQ to provide you with the best service and get your order to you as quick as we can.
Orders placed before 11am AEST (Mon – Fri) will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 11am AEST (Monday-Friday) and on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.
DELIVERY TIME FRAME
The above time frames are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Stitch & Hide will do its utmost to meet the indicated delivery times but can't be responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs clearance once it has left our HQ.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
Our shipping policy automatically selects ‘authority to leave’ in a safe location if nobody is at home to accept the parcel. This is so you can receive your Stitch & Hide order promptly and you do not need to collect or arrange redelivery. In the event that the driver deems it unsafe, your order will be sent to your nearest collection point
If you have any special instructions or would prefer not to have your item left unattended at your shipping address, please indicate these in the ‘notes’ section when finalising your purchase.
When you place an order with Stitch & Hide you will be emailed an Order Confirmation Number along with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
