HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

I'VE PAID FOR MY ORDER, NOW WHAT?
You will receive an email confirming your order has been completed, and a second email once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed before 12pm AEST (Monday – Friday) will be dispatched on that same day.
Orders placed after 12pm AEST (Monday-Friday) and on weekends will be dispatched on the next business day.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Your happiness matters to us, yet we get that sometimes things aren’t a perfect fit. If that happens, we welcome returns or exchanges for items in their original, unused condition within 30 days of purchase.
For 'change of mind’ returns on full-priced items, we offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit. Please note that return and exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Sale items, including those purchased during store-wide sales, are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME FOR DELIVERY?
If your parcel won’t fit securely in your letterbox then it will be taken to your local Post Office for collection.
If you'd like to give consent to leave the parcel at your door then please include a note of this during checkout.

DO YOU RESTOCK SOLD-OUT ITEMS?
Most of the time we do but every now and then the time comes to say goodbye to a style and/or colourway.
However, if you happen to see something sold-out on our store then it's most likely coming back. Simply sign up to our restock notification on the product page and you will be the first to know when it's back.
