HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept payments via Credit Card, PayPal and Afterpay.
I HAVE JUST PAID FOR MY ORDER, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
You will receive an email confirming your order has been completed, and a second email once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed before 12 midday (Mon – Fri) will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12 midday AEST (Monday-Friday) and on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.
NOTE: Due to Covid-19, all Courier Networks and Australia Post are experiencing more than usual delivery delays. Please make sure you factor this in when ordering. They are doing their best to deliver in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When you place an order for shipment within Australia with Stitch & Hide you will be sent an Order Confirmation Number along with an Australia Post tracking number for you to track once your order has been dispatched. For tracking visit www.auspost.com.au
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
It is important for us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return of an unused item in its original packaging and receipt within 30 days of your date of purchase (this includes items using a discount code).
SALE ITEMS (final sale items):We do not offer refunds on any final sale items unless the item is deemed faulty. An online store credit will be offered if the sale item is returned within 30 days of the purchase date. This is applicable to all online sales.
SALE ITEMS (final sale items): For final sale items, refunds are not entitled to factors such as change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or wanting to see or try the item and deciding they don’t like it.

WILL I NEED TO BE HOME TO ACCEPT DELIVERY?
Within Australia all orders are shipped with Australia Post so you won’t need to be home to accept delivery. If your order won’t fit within a secure letterbox then the delivery agent will leave a card for collection at your local Post Office. Alternatively you can leave a shipping note when placing an order to say item can be left at front door.
