I brought this bag and lovely bag but I won’t be able to use as strap far to short and all long straps sold out. This seems like a major design fault and from reading I am not only to have encounter this issue. Stitch and Hide can you help us out with this issue as I would love to be able to use your bag without it including extra cost

I have lots of Stitch and Hide bags. Need to do a count! LOL. The Penni tote is in a league of its own. It is my travel bag. Perfect for the plane. Holds all the essentials including my work laptop.

The quality of this piece is outstanding. I particularly love the shoulder strap! It is big enough for phone, keys and perhaps a lip balm. Would have loved it to have been a bit bigger - but I will definitely be getting some use from this bag.

Soft leather, excellent design, perfect size all come together to make this clutch an absolute winner. I love the satin silver finish and internal zippered pocket. I purchased the thin core strap to convert to a shoulder bag and it works a treat. Big fan!

I ordered this strap to use with my new Madison bag. It was so comfortable I had to keep checking if my bag was still under my jacket and rain poncho. Excellent for all day use. No cutting into your shoulder. Highly recommend.

This is the 4th Madison/Juliet Clutch I have purchased. Absolutely love these bags but the new style is not as big as the old ones (which I knew) but the card slots are the best so I purchased one anyway.
Please bring back the old bigger size bag with the card slots, its the best handbag ever for both everyday use and travel. Quality is second to none.
I used my new bag with the thicker strap and it was great; however, I just love the old ones which have much more room. As you can see I have cleaned, polished and repaired my old one in desperation. My new baby is so much smaller.
Please bring back the bigger size for us over 50's. (We still use some cards). lol.
This is in no way a complaint just a plea to bring back the old size.

Oh this bag! I love it! Great colour, fabulous strap:bag ratio, roomy without being cavernous, pockets that fit iPhone and glasses, sizeable interior zip pocket, the softest buttery leather and it’s beautifully slouchy. Such a great design, looks and fits so perfectly….could not be happier with my Vaucluse Bag.
It’s on its way back. Strap length was much shorter than I anticipated and the zip was faulty.
I loved the bag, but since I'm a larger woman, it just wouldn't sit right for me, unfortunately. I have returned the bag, but I dont' know if it will have arrived within your 30 day window as I was unable to return it immediately. I did send it express, so I have my fingers crossed it might just make it. Lovely bag, I liked everything about it, bar the strap's length and ability to be easily changed.
