This is the colour I got sent you'll see it's nothing like what I was expecting. Hmmmm interesting
I purchased this bag as a gift. I did think twice due to the price however S&H reached out and offered a first buyers voucher/discount and welcome to The Family. It wasn't a great discount but every little bit helps.
When bag arrived I was quite shocked to see the bag colour was nothing likes as advertised.
I did the right thing, packed away and contacted S&H to let them know I would like to return for a refund. I took straight to the post office and mailed back. I then received an email stating that any purchase made on discount could not be refunded but a store credit offered after they received back and checked for wear and tare.
I requested they refunded as a store credit was not suitable and that it was false advertising of the colour. And they were the ones that offered the discount to lure me in.
I asked to have bag returned and I would try to sell privately as I wanted nothing more to do with a company that I feel has little integrity.
Sadly I've cut my loss but never will I purchase from this company again. It actually is a Teal colour certainly not what advertised.
I'm not posting this with any mallace but a warning. If you want a choice choose a different company.
