Sale items: cannot be returned and/or exchanged.
Store-wide sale: cannot be returned and/or exchanged.
Full-priced items: purchased online can be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. Returns and exchange shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. For exchanges, please include a prepaid satchel or contact us to pay for the shipping.
Orders placed using a discount code are classified as ‘full-priced items’ for return and exchange purposes.

THE RETURN PROCESS
Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return their online order. Any items received after this timeframe will be returned to the sender.
For your return to be accepted, all items must be:
• Unworn, unaltered and in original condition
• Have all tags still attached, with all accessories and packaging included in the parcel
We are unable to accept returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Once a returned item has been received at our warehouse in Byron Bay, the transaction will be processed and issued to your original payment method. The transaction should appear within 3-5 business days of this.

SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are non-refundable. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order, as well as the return shipping for refunds or exchanges. Please keep this in mind while you're shopping online.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
If the item does not reach us safely we will be unable to complete the refund or exchange. To reduce the risks we suggest sending the return parcel back via registered post.
FAULTY ITEMS
All Stitch & Hide products come with a 1-year warranty. If you receive a faulty item please email info@stitchandhide.com with your order number, description and photos of the issue so we can assess the situation.
General wear and tear is not deemed as a fault and we are only able refund or exchange your item where there is a technical fault caused during manufacturing. Where we can, we will firstly attempt to repair your item before offering a replacement or refund.
