Thanks for shopping with Stitch & Hide. We hope you love your new purchase but if something isn’t right then we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund if you meet the following:

1) You are returning the item within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2) Item/s are unused and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling of your return or exchange. You must also provide your own prepaid satchel if you would like an exchange.

SALE ITEMS: Items that are on sale will be eligable for exchange only. Sale items are separate from promotions. Sale items refer to end of run or discontinued styles. These items are not eligable for refund or change of mind unless the item is deemed faulty. Items sold as part of a promotion (ex. discounted with a code or product of the month) are eligable for full return/exchange (if change of mind is made within the 30 days window).

SAMPLE SALE: Sample sale items are one-off items or discontinued styles (sometimes with small imperfections) and are not returnable or exchangeable under any circumstances. Please keep this in mind and choose carefully when shopping from our sample sale. 

Stitch & Hide makes every effort to display our products that appear on our website as accurate as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display calibration will match this. Please take care in reviewing your purchase prior to ordering or contact us for further info to avoid any mishaps.


Once a return for refund has been received, the transaction will be processed and issued to your credit card or PayPal account within 3-5 business days of the item being received by Stitch & Hide.


Shipping fees are not refundable. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return shipping for refunds and also for your exchange item(s). Shipping costs will be your responsibility.


You the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the return item. If the item does not reach us safely we will be unable to complete the refund or exchange, so we suggest sending it registered post.


We take great care to ensure that products are packed securely so they arrive at your door in perfect condition. As a result, any items damaged during delivery will be replaced upon receipt of the damaged goods to our postal address. Please note that if an item has been lost/stolen in transit, a replacement of the product will be organised at our discretion.


All Stitch & Hide products come with a 1-year warranty. If you have a faulty item please email with your order number, description and photos of the issue so we can assess the situation.

General wear and tear is not deemed as a fault and we are only able refund or exchange your item where there is a technical fault caused during manufacturing. Where we can, we will firstly attempt to repair your item before offering a replacement or refund.
